Start lying on your back hugging the knees into the chest. Grasp the insides or outsides of the feet. Widen the knees and bring the feet in line with the knees. Make sure that your tailbone stays on the ground to feel most stretch in the legs. Making your shoulders heavy be sure to really hang on your feet. Relax the neck and face. Smile like a baby.
